SALES SPECIALIST

Descrição: Do you live in Portugal? Do you have commercial experience? Then you are the one we are looking for! We are currently recruiting a Sales Specialist for a leading company in the design, manufacture and sale of cables and wires for industry. O que terás de fazer- Identifies and investigates potential customers & new products, participates closely with R&D teams in the development of business cases for new projects & initiatives and follows up its technical and financial feasibility studies;- Provides data for the bidding process by collecting relevant information such as raw material costs, product availability on the market and applicable prices, thorough completion and processing of tender documents with involved departments (Finance, Operations...etc.) and follows up its submission;- Participates in developing local sales strategy based on regional and global market research to generate business opportunities;- Participates to customer & product's forecasts set up, monitors its reliability and ensures updates on a monthly basis;- Ensures an efficient customer service operation to respond to customer needs and complaints by providing proactive and effective support to quality and logistics departments in order to enhance customer satisfaction. - Visits periodically customers and identifies its potential needs;- Prepares, communicates and reviews Sales KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Company's objectives;- Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.O que precisas de garantir- Engineering degree (Technical & Industrial fields) or similar;- 3 years as Sales Engineer in a Medium Sized Company (manufacturing environment is desired);- Fluency in English;- MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), CRM softwares and ERP applications are desired;- Excellent communication and organization skills;- Professional and personal standards as a team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
