Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do...
ou'll help develop and execute a pre-opening and annual sales plan with the Director of Sales.
ou'll proactively focus on sourcing new business from the Business Travel, Groups, Meetings and Social Events segments.
eep your ear close to the ground! Tell us what the market wants and how we keep our clients happy and coming back.
Your ideas on how to adjust strategies and meet goals are key to the success of the hotel.
ou'll negotiate Business Travel rates and assist the Groups & Events team to get those contracts signed - conversion is the name of the game!It's all about account penetration and market share, right? Sales trips, fam trips, agent presentations - you know the drill.
Those days when you entertain a different client for breakfast, lunch and dinner all in one day are REAL.
ou'll achieve your prospecting and revenue goals, and get those appointments booked in - it's always quality over quantity.

ualificationsAbout You...
ou have at least 2 years' experience in a senior sales role.
ou are passionate about Hotel sales and are goal-driven.
ou function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge.
ou have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detailYou get us.
You know our hotels, maybe you've hung out in our bars and possibly regretted that last cocktail the next morning.
