Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification & Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, content marketing, cold calling, lead lists, and market research.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential and readiness for sales engagement, ensuring a high conversion rate.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot) to track, manage, and analyze lead data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Align lead generation strategies with business goals and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to engage potential leads, handling objections and persuading them to take action.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead generation data to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
Language Requirements
We are hiring specialists for different target markets. All candidates must have at least intermediate English proficiency:
✅ Sales Lead Generation – German Market (Fluent/Native German)
✅ Sales Lead Generation – French Market (Fluent/Native French)
✅ Sales Lead Generation – Spanish Market (Fluent/Native Spanish)
✅ Sales Lead Generation – UK/US Market (Fluent/Native English)
Candidate Profile
✔ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
✔ Experience in lead qualification and prospecting (preferred but not required)
✔ Proven ability in negotiation and handling objections effectively
✔ Familiarity with social media & content marketing for lead generation (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
✔ Cold Calling Experience and the ability to maintain professionalism and persistence
✔ Team player with a collaborative mindset to work across departments
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary and fixed Bonuses depending on the language skills
