Were looking for a Sales Director to join our commercial team driving a companys sales strategy leading the sales team and achieving revenue targets.
Tasks What will you be doing Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team goals.
Establish sales objectives and performance metrics regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities leveraging networking referrals and other sales channels.
Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and analyses to senior management providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments competitive landscape and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements Non Negotiable.
Language.
Portuguese and/or German and/or Dutch Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
5 years of experience in a similar role 3 years of experience leading a sales team Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry especially independent hotel operations.
