Position.
Sales Developer Location.
Lisbon Portugal Industry.
Social Media & Online Community Engagement Job Description.
As a Sales Developer you will be integral in reaching out to new potential clients and assisting them with the completion of their signups ensuring they feel engaged and wellserved.
Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls and managing a sales pipeline through CRM software.
Requirements.
12 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
Proven track record in sales with a strong capability in cold calling and targetdriven environments.
Proficient in digital marketing and possess effective questioning skills and business acumen to identify potential leads.
Strategic thinker with skills in highvalue pitching and digital media mix planning.
Ability to handle objections and influence without authority.
Training & Compensation.
Comprehensive 15day training program covering product services software tools and customer management.
Training is conducted in English and is fully compensated.
Monthly gross salary.
plus a variable productivity bonus up to .
Additional benefits include meal allowances and holiday bonuses.
Working Hours.
40 hours per week typically spread over 5 days.
Specific schedule details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Contract Details.
Initial term contract of 12 months with potential extension.
Permanent contract consideration after 2 years.
Private health and dental insurance postcontract signature.
General Information.
Portuguese employment contract thus Portuguese public holidays and labor laws apply.
