Job Description For Sales Coordinator - Hourly(HOZ) in Columbus,United States.

esponsible for providing administrative support to and working closely with a team of Sales ManagersMaintaining calendars/meeting schedulesDrafting contracts and proposals Researching client group historyAssisting with the arrangement of site inspections Monitor Phones, voicemails, sales mailbox.
oordinate account client needs and client eventsMaintain files, systems and communication to other departments as directed by Sales ManagersMay assist in selling guestrooms, meeting rooms, and additional services to companies or groups as needed.
