In this role, you will support young adults and their families as they navigate the process of studying abroad.
You will represent our services at events, deliver impactful presentations, generate leads and follow up by phone.
Your ability to build meaningful relationships, provide expert guidance, and close contracts will be key to your success.
As you help shape an important decision in our customers’ lives, your empathy, professionalism, and relatability will be essential.
Previous international experience is a plus.
You will play a pivotal role in the entire student journey, and exceptional customer service is a must.
Responsibilities.
– Lead Generation & Follow-up.
Engage with leads through calls, follow up consistently using CRM tools, and document each step of their journey.
– Sales Pipeline Management.
Track and update the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and transitioned smoothly through the process.
– Achieve Sales Targets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
– Product & Market Knowledge.
Gain in-depth knowledge about our offerings and different education systems (training provided).
– Customer Journey Support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and guidance.
– Market Trends.
Stay informed about the latest trends in international education to offer relevant, up-to-date advice.
Required Skills and Experiences.
– Proven experience in sales, particularly phone-based communication – Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset – Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism – Proactive approach to exceeding sales goals and driving success – Genuine passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service – International experience is an advantage, but not required – Demonstrates strong teamwork skills – Excellent use of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Conditions.
