Sales Advisor Responsabilidades • Resposta a pedidos de contacto por parte de possíveis futuros alunos por forma a apresentar a oferta formativa e tirar todas as dúvidas colocadas; • Apoiar na escolha formativa através de contactos (comerciais) telefónicos (inbound/ outbound) e contactos presenciais; • Registo de informação no CRM • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de admissão e matrícula a novos estudantes; Requisitos.
• Habilitações académicas ao nível do ensino superior; (preferencial) • Experiência profissional de 2/ 3 anos em funções de suporte/ contacto com o cliente (comercial, vendas telmarketing callcenter, etc) • Experiência em funções de contacto com o público; • Conhecimento das ferramentas do Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, argumentação e negociação; • Metódico e organizado • Resiliência; • Forte orientação para resultados • Forte espírito de equipa; • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
