SALES ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer and property data in the CRM, handling the contract lifecycle for recurring agreements, and performing a variety of general administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
For region-specific roles, multilingual proficiency is an advantage to support localized operations.
What will you do? Property Base Management.
Own and maintain the property database within the CRM system; Ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized; Collaborate with the sales team to capture and input new property data as needed; Contract Expiry Lifecycle Management.
Manage the contract renewal and expiry lifecycle for recurring contracts; Notify customers and internal teams of upcoming contract expirations; Facilitate the preparation and distribution of renewal documents; General Sales Administration.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as required; Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities; Ensure alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.
What are we looking for? Educational Background.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred; Professional Experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar support role; Experience with contract management is a plus; Technical Skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.
., Salesforce, Odoo, or equivalent); Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; Language Skills.
English and (required based on region French, Italian, Spanish & Arabic); Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Working Conditions.
