re you ready?Because we are looking for anAssistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager!What does the ROLE entail?Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the hotel food and beverage outlets including the Bar, Restaurant, and Coffee BarSupport, motivate, and coach a team of more than 10 colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service standards and proceduresEnsure excellent guest service, including service recoveryDemonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledgeMaintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departmentsLiaison between our culinary team and front of house operationsEnsure all operations are done per policies and procedures Demonstrates Hyatt Values.
