You will be responsible for the.
? Creation of the procurement order request in the tool; ? Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created; ? Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool; ? Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties; ? Management and check of the invoice register / amount.
Requisitos.
Requirements - the ideal candidate will have.
? Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge; ? Strong work ethic behaviors and attention to ethical and compliance rules/approach; ? Previous experience in cross-functional / multicultural environments; ? Rigorous and oriented towards team work; ? Experience in Google Suite, and in SAP is a plus; ? Language.
Negotiation level in English.
