- Extensive experience in residential roadway construction estimation.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, materials quantification and labor assessment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
The project is expected to be completed in less than 3 months.
The estimator should be proficient in general project management tools in addition to estimation software.
The cost assessment should include a detailed breakdown of expenses.
The cost assessment should be delivered in a detailed spreadsheet format.
The estimator should be proficient in using Microsoft Project for project management.
