We are looking for a talented and accomplished Reporting Specialist  to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to directly assist the reporting team by collecting and reporting all KPIs data from Foundever Operations, Supporting Departments and Leadership.
As a Reporting Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include.
Under limited supervision, prepare and maintain databases & statistical reports used in financial/quality/performance management decision-making.
Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete assignments.
Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources.
Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to organizational success/profitability and meeting client expectations.
Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity.
Monitor, evaluate and assess unit productivity on a daily basis.
Communicate with the manager on a daily basis to resolve problems/issues, assess scores/trends and maximize efficiency.
Additional operations support duties as assigned.
Creation of “ad hoc” reports under short timelines Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have.
English C1  advanced level Strong computer, communication and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access/Database skills appreciated Power BI experience is highly valued VBA knowledge/experience is highly valued SQL knowledge/experience is highly valued SAP Business Objects knowledge/experience highly valued Data Architecture knowledge/experience is highly valued Ability to collect and assess large sets of data, dashboard creation and KPI evaluation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, make independent decisions and solve complex problems Strong understanding of the call center industry and operations, Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
Solution driven mindset Availability for hybrid – 2 days at Porto office, 3 days at home Availability to work schedules between 2pm to 11pm Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal   Education and experience.
Minimum 1 year experience as Reporting Specialist or Real Time Analyst   Benefits.
