Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Coordinator to support our operations and projects.
This role focuses on virtual office administration, project coordination, and team support, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Assist project managers with schedules, task tracking, and deliverables.
Update project timelines and ensure action items are completed.
Administrative Support Organize and maintain digital files and records for projects.
Manage shared calendars and coordinate virtual meetings.
Provide support with tools like Microsoft Teams, Planner, and cloud storage systems.
Communication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between team members, consultants, and external partners.
Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses.
Preferred Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires a part-time commitment.
Experience with Planner and Motion is preferred.
The position requires a commitment of hours per week.
The expected duration of this position is long-term.
The coordinator will be working primarily on residential development projects.
The role requires availability during standard EST business hours.
Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of related experience.
The primary deliverable is ensuring timely project completion.
The coordinator should be able to work independently but will receive regular guidance from the project managers.
The coordinator should have expertise in using Microsoft Planner and Motion.
