Descrição Your mission will be… Generates knowledge on the customer's specific regional strategy, its business environment, portfolio, local initiatives and programs; Analyses customer's markets, position and needs; investigates specific business and cross-BL opportunities, according to the geographical scope; Defines and implements the account business plan jointly with GAM, Hub Head and regional BL Portfolio CRM; Prepares customer meetings in close collaboration with Hub Head and Hub BL Heads; Builds and maintains an effective customer network across the Region and customer hierarchy levels; Builds cross-BL value-oriented offers, and drives / supports top opportunities; Identifies and develops opportunities, particular in the field of innovation / digitalization; Initiates customer-specific services and solutions in collaboration with GAMs and BL Portfolio CRM; Facilitates and contributes to regional and cross-BL contract negotiations for services and solutions; Manages regional customer complaints as a point of escalation, if necessary.
Perfil ideal Our client is looking for someone with… More than 3 years' Key Account Management/Senior Sales and related management experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders), preferably in the relevant industry / market; Minimum 3 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully; Fluent in English language; Customer Knowledge, identifying and developing customer value; Translating strategy into concrete actions skills; Business and sales planning skills; Customer intimacy (incl.
