Descrição Maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in conformity with GACP and GMP criteria; Daily management and maintenance of the QMS; Preparation of the documentation for inspections/audits and respective CAPA Plan; Aid in the process for the export and import of Medical Cannabis into foreign markets; Create procedures as well as any other support documentation; Batch Records Review; Issuance and review of deviations, change controls and complaints; Execute internal and external audits; Aid with supplier qualification; Ensure quality requirements for raw materials, key components and services; Elaborate and/or review validation protocols/ reports, as well as qualification documentation (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ); Provide internal training on matters pertaining to the QMS; Manage non-conformities and apply corrective action; Preparation and review of Product Quality Review; Implement strategies for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Perfil ideal Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent; 3+ years of previous experience in a similar position; Previous experience and knowledge of the Cannabis industry is preferred; Solution-oriented and priority management; Flexibility and efficiency when working through period of fast change/growth; Strong team management skills; Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills; Fluency in English (compulsory).
