QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER

Overview We are looking for a proactive and meticulous functional QA Tester to join our forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities Collaborative Quality Assurance.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to collectively define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Test Planning and Execution.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software features and components meet specified requirements.
Test Structure Organization.
Organise test sets and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and easy maintenance.
Defect Identification and Reporting.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Performance and Usability Testing.
Evaluate software performance and usability, ensuring it meets user expectations and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of QA processes, enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Industry Trends Incorporation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, and adeptly incorporate them into our QA processes.
Qualifications Academic Background.
Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field will be considered a plus.
Certified teste r.
Holding a ISTQB certification will be considered a plus.
Professional Experience.
Demonstrate proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
Testing Expertise.
Have a good understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Manual Testing Skills.
Demonstrate solid experience in manual testing, with a strong ability to identify and report defects.
Automation Skills.
Any knowledge of test automation will be considered a plus.
Communication and Collaboration.
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills essential for effective teamwork.
Language Proficiency.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for effective communication within the team and project.
