Full Time Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions.
Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality.
• Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.

• Manage the assigned engagements and drive the SQA activities aligning to process expectations.
• Support the engagement is collecting the data and analyzing the data.
• Good understand of the agile concepts and able to facilitate the agile engagements.
• Good experience in excel and any other BI solutions to drive continual improvements / automation initiatives.
• Work with the lead /managers to identify the improvements required for the engagement • Ensure that the best practices are shared with the teams and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
• Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various process and quality management aspects • Participate in ISO, CMMI audits and coordinate internal quality audits Good-to-Have Skills.
• Should have good exposure in creating simple/medium/complex SQL queries.
• Should have excellent communication skill to interact with BA’s and LOB.
