Key Tasks.
- Implementing several additional rules, including Approval workflows, Custom validation rules, and Data entry restrictions.
- Forcing completion on specific screens (namely, the Purchase Order screen and Customer Center) before they can be closed.
- Setting up the system so that certain fields (such as custom fields for dates and reminders, due dates, etc.) need to be completed before closing the screen.
Ideal Skills.
- Deep understanding of QuickBooks Enterprise 16 - Experience in configuring software to meet specific business needs - Ability to implement complex rules and workflows - Excellent communication skills for discussing feasibility of certain tasks Please note, we will need to discuss the specifics of the additional rules and whether they can all be implemented.
