QA LEAD - Automation (m/f) - Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Experience of automation frameworks/tools, providing tooling POCS and choosing the correct tool for the job.
• Experience of Automation patterns (like page object model) to ensure the automation is maintainable, readable and scalable.
• An understanding of what to automate and what not to automate.
• Knowledge of risk based testing and how to apply it.
• Experience of getting buy in for the Automation Strategy by involving product team members and wider stakeholders.
(nice to have – can support on this) • Experience of working as an agile tester, working in collaboration with product team members.
