Job Description.
We are now recruiting a Purchasing Specialist - Spanish Speaker to join our Procurement team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission.
Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and direct suppliers globally.
The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since Position Summary.
The Purchasing Specialist manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal.
This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.
Essential Functions.
* Review of Purchase Requests (PRs) * Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs * Operational Sourcing * Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders) * Maintenance of info records (e.
.
catalogues) * Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers) * Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP) * Use of other specific tools (Coupa) Additional Responsibilities.
* Support the onboarding of new team members * Support the team leader in reporting tasks Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement * Communication skills * Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies * Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement * Fluent in English and Spanish (in a negotiation level) * Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services * Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work * Digital Acumen Benefits - what's in it for you.
