Job Description.
We are now looking for a Purchasing Business Improver to join our Procurement team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission.
Position Summary.
The Indirect Procurement Purchasing Business Improver launches quality / improvement projects to ensure that the right training is provided to the Purchasing Teams for the fulfillment of KPIs in regards to their activities.
Essential Functions.
* Initiate improvement projects * Support / initiate automatization projects * Focal point to process & tools department * Providing training and awareness session * Communication with team leaders, delivery lead and internal stakeholders (Commodity buyers, process & tools department) * Organize and lead performance review meetings * Organize and lead process trainings / reviews * Use of other specific tools (Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense...) * Analyse results of internal audit and improve knowledge base * Training of newcomers Additional Responsibilities.
* Support the team leaders in business improvement activities Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement * 1-3 years experience in Data Analysis * Communication skills * Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies * Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement * A degree in in Engineering, Business or Procurement and/or data related field is a plus * Fluent in English (negotiation level) * Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services * Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work Benefits - what's in it for you.
