Reporting directly to the Purchase Administrative Manager, you will ensure the administrative part of purchase for several subsidiaries that work with SSC Portugal.
Job Type.
Full-time Work Location.
Miraflores, Algés Work Mode.
Hybrid Working Hours.
AM to PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities.
· Ensure the administrative part of purchasing.
billing and sending invoices to customers according to customer billing specifications; · Check and validate supplier invoices according to the specificities of each country; · Ensure that processes are followed until the invoice is paid; · Provide analysis to help monitor or forecast purchasing activity; · Ensure compliance with task rules and standards; · Identify and indicate deviations; · Ensure good operational and daily relationships with customers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · Technical and Professional Studies on finance business administration or accounting with a High school diploma; · Experience proven on invoicing, accounting or similar job position, minimum 1 year; · Good knowledge in purchase invoices validation tools; · Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel; · Language.
English mandatory (minimum B2), French (nice to have).
