PURCHASE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Ensure the administrative part of purchase.
Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications; - Checking and validating supplier invoices according to the specifics of each country; - Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid; - Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast purchase activity; - Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task; - Identifying and indicate deviations; - Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE.
-Graduated High school from finance business administration / accounting degree or similar; - At least 1 year experience in similar position (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus); - Good knowledge in purchase invoices validation tools; - Rigorous, strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to solve problems.
Technical skills.
Excel advanced Languages.
English French CONDITIONS.
- Salary.
