We are looking for an Key Account Manager to join our team.
Your mission will be to develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO … Build complete Customer plans to drive the overall business; Execute plans for assigned Accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies; Ensure excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating and measuring results consistently and implementing corrective actions; Nurturing productive business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager; Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Accounts targets and KPIs; Collaborating with peer Customer Managers to share Customers best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives; Adhere to all Company principals and policies including trade policy, local sales policy, local trade terms, safety and legal regulations.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL At least 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management and Business Development; Category Development experience with a CPG, distributer or retail operations; Knowledge of interrelationships of key functions and their key initiatives; Mastery of the processes and procedures used for Customer Planning, Customer Managing and Trade Marketing; Understanding of the financial processes, order to cash, end to end, category, brand, product and shopper knowledge.
