We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to oversee online property listings, manage guest bookings, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team and work remotely from your home, contributing to our commitment to exceptional property management.
Key Responsibilities.
Property Listing Management.
Develop and maintain accurate and current property listings across our platforms.
Booking Coordination.
Respond to guest inquiries, manage booking approvals and cancellations, and handle reservation modifications on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.

Guest Communication.
Ensure a positive guest experience through prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
Calendar Management.
Regularly update booking calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize property occupancy.
Compensation and Benefits.

Work remotely with hours adaptable to your time zone.
Training.
Comprehensive training and instructional materials provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.
Candidate Requirements.
Location.
Candidates must reside in Europe, North America (U.

or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Communication Skills.
Strong proficiency in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Airbnb Account.
Possession of an active Airbnb account (as a guest) is required.
Experience.
While previous experience in customer support or as a virtual assistant is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
