MISSION.
Effective participation in Corum project meetings Establish the project quality plan to ensure application of customer requirements on site Contribute to the assessment of criticality and process/product risks Act as the interface between customers and the site Guide the project team to understand Quality aspects and customer requirements Lead and coordinate the project quality committee Ensure response to customer complaints on the portal and ensure communication on the shop floor Ensure progress monitoring 8D (D4-D6-D8) Carry out the necessary reporting of site indicators under your responsibility Participate in customer meeting Ensure the project gets off to a good start via the release process Be the guarantor of project handover between SMEs and Manufacturing Ensure the approval and monitoring of customer exemptions and their reimbursements on time DIPLOMA.
Engineer diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.
Quality experience is mandatory more than 5 years.
Experience in team management (Hierarchical/Transversal).
Good level in French and English, both written and spoken.
Mastery of quality tools 8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 why.
Mastery of FMEA and plan control.
Dynamic, rigorous and motivated, Team spirit, Very good interpersonal skills.
Very good mastery of industrial manufacturing processes.
