Project manager with scrum perspective Seniority.
Senior (5+ years) Type of position.
Must be in Oporto.
Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Strong understanding of delivery planning and team capacity management.
- Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in running Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Ability to resolve impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Skilled in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
- Experience in maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- Adept at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of manual or automated testing workflows is a plus.
- SCRUM certifications are a big PLUS.
