YOUR ROLE * Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects, helping in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets; * Support the coordination and management of project resources; * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports; * Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items; * Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholders; * Monitor project progress and report on any issues or risks to the Project Manager; * Help ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time.
YOUR PROFILE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role; * Experience with project management software and tools (e.
., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
