Key Components.
- The PMP should be formatted as a traditional document.
- Focus should be primarily on quality assurance, Project Management tasks.
Most of these tasks are hands-free, leveraging reality capture and virtual reality.
- The PMP must include adherence to custom quality standards (based on the previous projects draft).
Ideal Candidate.
- Extensive experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Proficient in quality assurance methodologies.
- Capable of adapting project management plans to custom quality standards.
- Able to interpret and integrate previous project drafts and detailed schedules into a cohesive PMP.
