PROJECT AND PROCESS MANAGER HR (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for driving efficient and effective process and project management for our People and Culture Team.

Then apply now!  YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process and project management for HR You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for consistent simplification, reduction of administrative work and automation  You identify improvement opportunities within HR and manage solution implementation in an efficient and timely manner You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies, quality gates/checks, trainings etc.
