We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile.
Program Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Technical degree, computer science or engineering • Demonstrate product and process engineer experience • Experience in budget control and profit enhancement • Seniority in project management [>5 years] (experience working with car OEM is a plus) • Experience in managing programs, ideally in the automotive field with regards to electronics product group • Knowledge of software management tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Teams) • Ability to develop strong customer relationships at senior level • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills • Fluency in German or French is a plus • Project management training is a plus • Fluency in English • Fluency in German or French is a plus Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
