Hard Skills.
• Exquisite communication skills in both the English language and the ability to understand + explain complex systems to a diverse pool of users • Driven and independent - learn our system inside out in relatively short amount of time by chasing the knowledge from all relevant places - documentation, asking us a million questions, video recordings, power point presentations etc.
