As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering analytics solutions that provide innovative insights for key areas within the business such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
As a part of a growing design team, your contributions towards improving our team framework and its integration with the organisation's ways of working will also be highly valued.
Accountabilities.
As a Product Designer, you will help others understand and embrace a user-centred approach to problem-solving.
Your role will range from partnering with multiple stakeholders and delivery leads to identify and prioritise requirements and guiding them through the various stages of product design development.
Utilising quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, you will balance business goals with user's needs.
Leading the prototyping efforts as a team activity, you will ensure that design principles are maintained throughout the development process.
Overall, you will co-own analytics products' vision and help build functional roadmaps, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and driving scalable solutions.
Essential Skills/Experience.
* Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
* A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in product design and data visualisation.
* Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
* Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of user-centred design processes.
* Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and work independently.
* Experience in handling a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
* Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
* Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma.
* Experience in designing large-scale systems.
* Expertise in documenting user interaction details and defining style guidelines.
