Job Details (COMPANY NAME)'s Worldpanel division is searching for a curious and dedicated PanelVoice Reporting Analyst.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future! The Team and Role's mission (COMPANY NAME) Worldpanel PanelVoice helps leading consumer brands to better understand the attitudes and needs of their shoppers through questionnaire research linked to purchasing and usage behavior.
An innovative smartphone-based methodology is allowing us to build ever-larger consumer panels and to collect attitudinal information from across a broader range of sectors through the Worldpanel Plus service and the Shoppix app.
To help support the growth of both our core FMCG business, we are recruiting an additional PanelVoice Analyst to join our central survey scripting team based in Lisbon.
Support the growth of (COMPANY NAME) Worldpanel PanelVoice, through centralised survey scripting and management for local PanelVoice / Worldpanel Plus questionnaire projects.
Work with a team of expert survey scripters and developers to build and manage questionnaires on behalf of (COMPANY NAME) Worldpanel consultants around the world - if you're willing to go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion, and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in, apply for a career that'll be out of the ordinary and join us! Key outcomes * Questionnaire scripting using specialist tools (QMob, Tivian) * Making recommendations to our commercial teams on the most appropriate survey structure through a strong understanding of best practice, testing surveys and checking for quality.
* Data extraction and validation.
* Preparing and tabulating questionnaire results ready for analysis by project consultants.
* Delivering codebooks and raw data files to the analysts to create reports at the end of fieldwork.
* Ensure scripting processes and methodologies are followed, updating these when necessary.
Key Capabilities Your background will ideally look like this… * University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or equivalent quantitative fields - although not mandatory any similar academic background will be appreciated.
* English professional proficiency - minimum B2 Level is required.
* Knowledge or previous experience in data manipulation is required.
* Be able to write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and data analysis.
* Knowledge or previous experience with MS Excel (e.

Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables; Macros) is recommended.
* Previous experience or familiarity with coding in HTML, SQL or C# is beneficial.
