Vous travaillerez depuis nos nouveaux bureaux à Lisbonne (quartier d’Amoreiras).
Fort(e) de votre polyvalence et votre sens de l’organisation, vous pourrez exceller autant dans les achats internationaux, que dans la gestion logistique et la vente à l’exportation.
En tant que Procurement Logistics Specialist, vos missions seront les suivantes.
Sales - Gestion des comptes client.
Augmenter le CA et les marges bénéficiaires Recevoir et traiter les demandes & propositions de prix Identifier de nouveaux marchés et de nouvelles opportunités Gérer la tarification, les offres, les contrats et les projets de la chaîne d’approvisionnement Achats et relations fournisseurs.
Rechercher et identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs Engager des consultations concernant des offres potentielles Analyser les propositions commerciales et évaluer les fournisseurs Préparer et envoyer les bons de commande Export & ADV - Création et suivi des dossiers.
Préparer les documents d’export Envoyer les fournitures Recouvrer les créances Les + de l’offre.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) en Achats ou Commerce International - ou bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans un des domaines cités Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques d’achat/vente internationaux & des Incoterms Vous parlez couramment Français et Anglais.
La connaissance du Portugais est un plus Vous êtes dynamique, méticuleux(se), organisé(e) et adorez les défis
