Your Role We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Process Management to join our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector.
Job role.
Know and monitor all operation activity and processes;Carry out a survey of activities and procedural flow;Identify and implement operational improvements;Ensure control and verification of operational improvements implemented;Systematize information with detailed analysis of constraints;Produce reporting related to the activity.
our Profile Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or other;Experience/know-how in the Telecommunications sector is a plus;Consolidated knowledge of the Waterfall methodology is a plus;Work experience in process management and/or workflow improvements;2+ years of experience in process management;Good level of English is a plus;Collaborative and teamwork skills.
