upport \u201cProduct Line\u201d products from PV and assume full responsibility for series production.
rovide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ2.
upport Manufacturing Engineering\us KPI by defining manufacturing standards, including (but not limited to) Workplace Organization, Plant internal material delivery routes, Kanban design, Visual system, Buffer planning, and management.
stablish Manufacturing Engineering KPIs regarding Industrial Engineering, e.
.
routing, Line balancing Rate, Equipment Utilization, and changeover standards.
rive implementation of the defined manufacturing standards across all AS&UX plants.
anage the standards compliance from plants.
rovide onsite or virtual training to Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance, and Operations regarding equipment functionality.
ptimization of material flow / material routes, inventory definition between processes, and internal package calculation.
Floorspace optimizationYour Background.
inimum 3 years\u experience in the manufacturing environment.
eep skills in TPS, Lean concepts, flow manufacturing, material movementBe good at summarizing Standards and conducting training.
