We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Online Assistant to join our team and help us grow! Part time job - flexible hours - Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities.
Respond to messages on social media, WhatsApp, and our website's live chat.
Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media.
Organize daily tasks by creating and maintaining an agenda.
Work on our website to improve its functionality and user experience.
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining spreadsheets for accounts and financials.
Have a vision to suggest and implement website improvements.
Understand SEO and create strategies to improve search engine ranking.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for better visibility and traffic.
Requirements.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with social media management and advertising.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and Google Ads.
Must be familiar with Shopify Proficient in creating and managing spreadsheets.
Strong organizational skills and ability to create daily task agendas.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
