* Participation aux phases d'avant-vente.
Comprendre les besoins des clients, aider à préparer des propositions et présenter les services Cloud de Crayon.
* Coordonner les activités entre les équipes commerciales et de delivery * Etre en supportn aux équipes commerciales.
Aider les équipes commerciales à identifier et qualifier les opportunités.
* Accompagner les clients.
Traduire les besoins des clients en solutions simples et conformes aux attentes du Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) Requerimientos del candidato/a.
* Connaissances souhaitée de Microsoft Azure et des services * Compréhension des modèles de coût à la consommation (Pay as you Go) * Connaissances basiques des contrats Microsoft (CSP, MCA, EA…) * Experience pédagogique de formateur * Connaissance des pratiques de Gouvernance du Cloud (RBAC, Policies,…) * Certifications AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305
