Position Description.
Direct Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of power BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Strong SQL knowledge to build MS SQL queries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Developing Power BI and other visualization tools to create dashboards, KPI Scorecards and visual reports.
• Establish row-level security on data and comprehend Power BI’s application security layer models.
• Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI stack including SSRS, Power query, POWER BI and DAX.
Contributing Responsibilities This resource type focuses on gaining technical expertise and developing business relationships as well as making decisions or recommendations for solutions, which may affect the overall outcome of the assignment.
Additionally, this resource should demonstrate the ability to work closely with clients/users to meet their requirements.

• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design and more.
• Involved in creating technical documentation in the work assignments.
• Understand the business needs and designs programs and systems that match the complex business requirements and records all the specifications that are involved in the development process.
• Ensures that all the standard requirements have been met and is involved in performing the technical analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including code review and mentoring.
• Adopt to work in centralized delivery model and willing to cross skill in technology front.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies • Ņ-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI and Strong SQL development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, DAX, and Data Modeling.
• Expertise of SQL Queries, SSRS and SQL Server integration Services (SSIS).
• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, administration and visualization.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of Agile Sprint methodologies Skills.
