Should be able to religiously follow SOPs and KBs to troubleshoot issues Experience handling ITSM process and tools Knowing PORTUGUESE Language mandate Good To have.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience and knowledge on Digital Workspace Management and administration Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
