Position Description.
We are seeking a PMO/Business Change and Training Analyst to join our CGI team! This position can be completed remotely; however, a hybrid working model is preferred.
The self-motivated person who fills this position will be joining and contributing to a dynamic team that will be assisting a local Northern California public sector client.
Responsible for assisting the PMO Manager with various activities in support of the day-to-day operations of the PMO Team and assisting the Business Change and Training Manager with various activities of the Business Change and Training Team.
Assist both teams in preparing deliverables, documents, status reports and any other project documentation activities including staffing management, deliverable management, communications management, issue and risk tracking, process management, change management and project financial support.
May also be assigned to work on specific PMO functional areas, such as Staff Management, Onboarding & Offboarding and specific BCT activities including supporting development of business process flows, self-paced trainings and existing user manual updates.

How you'll make an impact • Works with PMO and BCT teams to help ensure day-to-day activities are completed on time and in accordance with documented processes • Provide support to the PMO/BCT Manager and support day-to-day PMO/BCT operations • Provide support to the PMO team tasked with completing work associated with.
Schedule management and status reporting Staffing management and reporting Deliverable development, review, approval and maintenance Project communications management Issue and risk management ISO/CMMI certification activities and ongoing compliance Project management methodology implementation, enforcement and management Process Improvement activities Change management activities, including Change Control Board (CCB) activities • Provide support to the BCT team tasked with completing work associated with.
Monthly system release deliverables including user manual, self-paced training and training material updates Business change management activities including development of new and/or updating of existing business process flows Supporting development of a business process gap analysis when system changes require • Responsible for supporting the project reporting process and collecting and reporting status for the PMO and BCT, as well as the overall project • Responsible for supporting the project change management activities, including clerical support for the CCB • Attend meetings as required Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
What you'll bring Minimum Qualifications (must clearly demonstrate the following qualifications).
• Bachelor's Degree or three (3) years of experience performing analytical assignments in a professional environment, preferably on an IT project or Project Management Office • Strong inter-personal communications and writing skills • Strong meeting facilitation experience with internal project team and client members • Demonstrate facilitating a collaborative working environment, encouraging individuals to perform at high levels • Demonstrated experience in maintaining clear mechanisms to communicate status with the project team and project stakeholders • Experience with Microsoft Office and selected project tools • Highly desired, experience in developing and updating online training material and conducting user training on IT projects Desired, experienced in using learning management systems “CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
