Your new Role As a PMO Analyst specializing in project management oversight and continuous improvement, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects by driving initiatives to enhance portfolio, program, and project governance frameworks.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing adherence, performance, and integration of processes, while also monitoring project execution to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
The role of a PMO Analyst is pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of the project portfolio.
To excel in this position, you must demonstrate a keen ability to identify business needs and address them through thorough analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
Your role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with team members, management, and clients to ensure alignment and success.

Integration of Processes.
Your role involves overseeing the seamless integration of portfolio, program, and project processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Driving Continuous Improvement.
You will identify, propose, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, actively seeking opportunities to enhance project and portfolio management standards, processes and practices.
Developing Project Portfolio Dashboards.
You will develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into project goals, dependencies, risks, and issues, among other pertinent insights.
Analysing Project Data.
Gathering and analysing project data will be a key aspect of your role, enabling you to identify weaknesses and opportunities, and escalate any time-related or budgetary challenges effectively.
Providing Guidance and Training.
You will liaise with project team members, offering support, guidance and training on standards and best practices to be employed throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring Compliance.
It will be your responsibility to audit and ensure that all projects align with PMO and company standards and adhere to relevant federal laws and regulations.
What you will need to succeed Degree or equivalent in Technology, Business administration, Finance, Project management or related field.
In-depth understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
Exemplary Proficiency in English and Microsoft365 Proficiency in a Portfolio Management toolset Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
Previous experience as a Project Manager is a big plus.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams and global matrix organisations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret project data.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and clients.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
