Serena Styles is a fashion-focused business offering styling services and exploring multiple digital income streams.
We are looking for a Pinterest & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand's online presence through engaging Pinterest content, optimized affiliate marketing strategies, and strategic link placements.
Responsibilities.
? Pinterest Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a Pinterest strategy to drive traffic and engagement.
Design and schedule high-quality Pins, including static, carousel, and idea pins.
Optimize boards and descriptions for SEO using relevant keywords.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
? Affiliate Marketing & Monetization Create engaging content around fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and home decor using affiliate links.
Research and implement high-converting keywords, descriptions, and CTA strategies.
Work with affiliate programs (Amazon Affiliates, LTK, ShareASale, etc.) to optimize earnings.
Track and report affiliate revenue, optimizing for higher conversion rates.
? Content Curation & Trend Analysis Research and curate trend-driven content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
Stay up-to-date with Pinterest algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Experiment with different pin formats to maximize engagement and conversions.
Requirements.
✔️ Experience in Pinterest marketing, including SEO optimization, pin creation, and scheduling tools (e.
., Tailwind, Canva).
✔️ Affiliate marketing knowledge, including experience with Amazon Affiliates, LTK, or similar programs.
✔️ Strong design skills to create aesthetically appealing Pins that align with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle branding.
✔️ Excellent copywriting skills for compelling pin descriptions and affiliate-driven content.
✔️ Analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimize Pinterest and affiliate performance.
