CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Persistent Access Capability (PAC) Coordinator.
In support of DHS’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program, the PAC Coordinator will work as part of small team responsible delivering cyber and threat hunting capabilities across the Federal government.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables • Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure alignment with objectives • Support SELC gate reviews, including preparation of all documentation and client coordination • Support agency engagement and enrollment activities • Act as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and potential risks • Track project performance using appropriate tools and provide updates to stakeholders • Assist with maintaining a detailed project schedule of Agency activities and regularly provide inputs to the projects Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Identify, develop and implement processes to improve operational monitoring efforts Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work.
In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role • Proficiency in project management tools (e.
., Microsoft Project, Jira, MS Office) • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to establish working relations at all organizational levels and demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively deal with government officials and program office stakeholders • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies • Ability to balance and prioritize many diverse tasks at once Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset • Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
