Manage the employee life cycle in the different HR processes, namely, on boarding, off boarding, talent management and training;
Provide HR support by answering team member's questions and responding to requests;
Manage and maintain the necessary database/ HRIS for HR processes and employees;
Supporting global HR projects (e.g. engagement, training or culture initiatives);
Conducting monthly reports referring to the human resources activities.
