I am looking for an experienced PCB designer with extensive knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) to review and double-check PCBs that have already been designed.
The primary focus is on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the battery management aspects, but the entire PCB design will need to be thoroughly reviewed for any other errors.
Specific details regarding the issues encountered in the project will be shared upon further discussion with interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
PCB Review.
Conduct a detailed review of the existing PCB designs, focusing particularly on the battery management system components, layout, and overall circuit integrity.
2.
Error Detection and Correction.
Identify potential design flaws, errors, or areas for optimization in the PCB layout and circuitry.
Implement necessary corrections directly in the design files.
3.
Educational Consultation.
We primarily work in Eagle and would like you to also explain the issues found and the solutions applied.
This is to enhance our knowledge for future projects.
Requirements.
• Expertise in Battery Management Systems.
In-depth knowledge of BMS design, including charging circuits, battery protection, and related components.
• PCB Design Software Proficiency.
Experience with Autodesk Eagle is preferred, as that is the software used for the current PCB designs.
• Attention to Detail.
A meticulous approach to reviewing and correcting PCB layouts to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Communication Skills.
Ability to discuss technical aspects and solutions in a clear, educational manner.
