Your Role.
ou will play a key role in supporting our clients and making a positive impact in their day-to-day operations.
You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, becoming their trusted advisor.
In a typical day, your main tasks will include.
• Onboarding new payroll service clients and implementing selected complementary modules • Analyzing and confirming client needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and performing necessary follow-ups • Conducting tests to ensure quality and adherence to the current ISO process • Training clients on the use of software and informing them about relevant legislation • Assisting clients with their initial payroll runs • Performing various administrative tasks, such as billing, managing portal access, documentation, follow-ups, etc.
• Staying informed about updates and changes impacting our solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
As a payroll solutions expert, you will assist clients via phone and online.
• College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in payroll • Strong customer service skills, along with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Completion of the “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” course from Collège Ahuntsic or certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset) • Basic accounting knowledge for general ledger integration (an asset) • Excellent command of written and spoken French Skills.
