WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Responding to dealership support cases and escalations either via phone or email (Salesforce), covering all administration which may include; new user set-up, usability queries, and other admin-related activities * Meeting targeted SLA's (Service level agreements) for all case types via Salesforce and maintaining Salesforce data to ensure efficient workflow * Reviewing form applications to make informed decisions on whether dealers meet the criteria to join the platform or not.
* Proficient in managing account users, dealership account lifecycle and account status.
